Day two and let me tell you, I'm feeling it! I decided to try something this morning: I very much enjoy my mornings, I wake up early enough that I can get 2 miles in and take my repose over a well prepared breakfast and a cup of coffee. Doing the 30 Day shred after my walk as I did yesterday disturbs my calm, so instead today I went back to my usual routine. I promised myself that I would do the Shred after work, which is a little dangerous, cause as the day wears on, I can always find a reason not to do it. But I did do it today! Go Me!
I'm chilling now, reaping the rewards.
