Summer Blowout Weight Loss Challenge: Day 1


So along with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, I will also be participating in the Sisterhood of Shrinking Jeans Summer Blow Out Weight Loss Challenge which is running from 7 August 2013 - 18 September 2013.

I took a picture of my weight this morning, and though I've already said this, I'm not happy with it, but I'm not going to let that get me down:


For this Challenge unrealistically I would like to loose 10%, and get down to 175 - I would have to loose 3.235 lbs per week to do that. Now that's not totally impossible... but I'm gonna set my sights on something a little bit more manageable and go for 2 lbs per week which will get me down to 182 lbs. 

This week my goal is to reduce my drinking, I have to admit, I enjoy beer and wine, and my Guy likes beer A LOT... so I'm gonna say reduce drinking to 3 nights a week, which I would like to reduce eventually to 1 night a week.

So here goes nothing.

{Also if you can't tell, this is my first time to really try blogging... I'll get better.}
